How we handle your personal data

• Email inquiries: the website has no active contact form; you reach us through the email link to max@ibetek.com. We process the information you voluntarily send (for example name, email, role, company and message content).
• Technical data: our hosting platform, Lovable, logs IP addresses, requested URLs and other technical request data.
• B2B business development: we may process professional details (name, role, company, business contact details, contact history) of company representatives, obtained through networking, events, referrals, LinkedIn and professional or public sources, and kept in our contact management tools. A public contact detail or a LinkedIn connection is not consent to receive marketing email; unsolicited business email to recipients in Italy is subject to specific rules and is under separate legal review.

We process data to respond to inquiries, assess and manage prospective business relationships, keep the website secure and meet legal obligations. Depending on the case, the applicable legal bases are pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest and legal obligation; their final assessment is subject to legal review.

The hosting infrastructure sets technical cookies: __cf_bm (Cloudflare bot protection) and __dpl (platform routing). The duration of __dpl has not been confirmed by the provider. Visitor analytics is disabled; we use no advertising cookies and no profiling.

We use Lovable for website hosting and Google Workspace for email. These providers may process data outside the European Union; international transfers and the related safeguards are pending verification.

We intend to keep inquiries that do not become business relationships for no more than 24 months, and data on inactive B2B prospects for no more than 12 months. These periods are not yet applied systematically: there is currently no documented deletion workflow. The retention period for hosting logs has not been confirmed by the provider.

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection by writing to max@ibetek.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
