Why IBETEK
We don’t sell America. We help you understand how to approach it.
The U.S. market is large, competitive and selective. Entering it without an accurate reading almost always means spending before understanding. Our approach reverses the order: evidence first, investment second. We work primarily with Italian manufacturers of processing technologies, equipment and ingredients for the beverage industry, and we also support other specialized manufacturers.
Product quality is the starting point.
The decision to enter requires market evidence.
01
Intelligence before investment
Market-entry decisions are made on verified data from the real market, not on impressions gathered at a trade show. That is why the method moves in phases: T1 Validate, T2 Position, T3 Develop.
02
Direct accountability
Every engagement is led personally by founder Massimiliano “Max” Buiani, with no hand-offs to junior teams. When needed, we bring in independent specialists from our U.S. network.
03
Pragmatic execution
The work is measured in real counterparts, open negotiations and decisions made, not in documents.
04
Understanding both sides
Max brings more than thirty years in the wine industry and is a former VP of Sales at a U.S. distributor of Italian ingredients and equipment: he knows the Italian company and the American buyer.
The value of a No-Go.
Not every company should enter the United States, and not every company should do it now. Sometimes the product needs adapting, sometimes production capacity can’t sustain the volumes, sometimes the price isn’t sustainable in the right channel.
When the evidence points that way, we say so. A documented No-Go recommendation protects capital and credibility, and leaves the company with a precise map of the conditions to meet before reopening the evaluation in the future.
Validate before investing.
Position before selling.
Develop before scaling.
